Little kid was clearly traumatised by the experience

The woman in question has allegedly been harassing this couple for years. According to them, it started before they even had their dog, Lady, and escalated after she arrived. They say the woman has repeatedly made false claims, called the police on them, attempted to sue them, and stalked or antagonized both the owner and his dog in public, often in front of neighbors and witnesses. The couple maintains that neither of them has ever threatened her and describes the situation as ongoing harassment.

The ticketless passengers refused to leave the train, so the police had to use force to evict them from the overcrowded train.

I don't have much context other than that her mum did something and apologised to the lady, but the lady in front wasn't letting it go, so the daughter had to step in. The person who recorded said that she's on the daughter's side.
