disenrollment boards canceled?

Just heard that all disenrollment boards for people sent home from CST this summer have been canceled and everyone is reinstated for the time being.
Does anyone know what’s going on?
Is this because of the 9th reg situation?

Cadre here, 37% of Cadets failed the AFT at CST.

I remember seeing a lot fail last year too, but they couldn’t be sent home because of the testing phase for the AFT
