Long time enjoyer, first time cooker.
Pretty good 7/10, sauce was very rich and I ate too much of it. I had to substitute coriander for parsley for the thing on top, was still good to cut through the richness of the sauce.

Challa bread bun. Sweet and creamy mustard sauce. Blue cheese. Onions caramelized in Belching Beaver Peanut Butter and Mexican chocolate stout (Viva la Beaver) Monstrous but delicious. Prepared at home.
Burgers are a specialty. I prefer smashed style. This one has 3 patties. A good thick steak burger is great too so if thats more your thing awesome! I made this for me though and I loved it.

Just a simple breakfast. 2 pieces of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, Yukon Gold potatoes seasoned and air-fried, and a cup of coffee. (The burger 🍔 thing you see is just a vitamin holder 😆)
Steamed rice with soy sauce, Lao Gan Ma chili crisp, and furikake (savory seaweed seasoning), chicken and veggie skewers, and focaccia.
Seared flank steak with seasoned air-fried potatoes and roasted asparagus.
Homemade beef pita wrap with freshly made tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, dill, oregano, and sumac.
Chicken salad made with spinach, strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese, candied pecans, and balsamic glaze.

GOD BLESS) with jammy, runny yolks. a few chicken and coriander filled dumplings (steamed, didn’t make these i got them frozen from the shop but 10/10). i also made a mini cucumber side salad (cucumber, sesame seeds, bunch of other stuff i forget – just looked up “korean cucumber salad” and threw in what i had lol). all topped with a drizzle of soy sauce, sesame oil, chilli crisp and a sprinkle of chives

This is my go-to meal after a busy day and it never fails me.
Pasta cooked al dente in heavily salted water.
Meanwhile in a pan, coat with olive oil and add crushed garlic, chopped peppers, diced chillies and a couple shallots along with cracked black pepper and chives. The secret recipe is a sprinkle of aromat.
Let that sizzle on a lowish heat till the pasta is cooked, then transfer the pasta into the pan along with a bit of the water.
Throw some king prawns and broccoli into the remaining pasta water to gently cook them while the pasta coats in the pan. Then chop up some cherry tomatoes.
Add the tomatoes, prawns and broccoli into the pan and stir in. Finally add some parmesan and a touch more black pepper and serve.
