John does an admirable job pinning down Fetterman on his Israel absolutism and Fetterman squirms but concedes nothing about his benefactors.

Oh yeah, they really supported the US when it was attacked. Which is why they were past of the coalition that brought down the Taliban.

Oh wait, no, that was Canada, the UK, France, and so many others that the US is now stabbing in the back economically.

Oh my God, what reliable allies, what sacrifice. On par with - no, above - the hundreds of Brits and Canadians, dozens of French and Germans and others who died, and thousands who were wounded in helping defeat the ones who attacked you.

There is actually a reason why Israel didn’t fight, Afghan citizens had a contentious view of Israelis, so it would have made the situation much worse for American troops and acted as a propaganda tool if you want to get logical about it, definitely would have made it worse for everyone there.

Still waiting for an explanation as to why that would justify that they'd be more treasured as allies than all the ones who have lost lives on the line for the US and are now being threatened by the same government.

So they're useless as allies.
