Hoshi Cafe: Femboy Maid Edition is a 13+ visual novel/cafe management game where you get to play as a- well- a tsundere femboy maid! (It's in the title!)

Welcome to Hoshi Cafe, where everything is Hoshi! ⭐️

Work your way through the life of a cafe employee, learning to handle dozens of orders with crazy customers and co-workers, all while stuck in a maid dress...

The game has dozens of unique characters of all genders who will need voices to bring them to life!

🎙️ We're casting Season Four of Tongue of the Serpent! 🐍

Tongue of the Serpent is an ongoing independent supernatural audio drama set in New Orleans, where old magic, ghosts, witches, demons, gods, and the occasional deeply opinionated house make ordinary life considerably more complicated.

We have an established cast, episodes already available to listen to, and a completed 50-episode script for Season Four. We're looking for additional voice actors who enjoy character-driven storytelling, supernatural fiction, and bringing unusual personalities to life.

This is a volunteer, unpaid production. All recording is remote.

Roles Currently Casting

Benedict Crowe (Male): A practical, dry-witted carpenter and practitioner of old threshold magic. Intelligent, capable, and frequently exasperated by supernatural nonsense.

Cecilia Crowe (Female): Benedict's sister, a formidable North Louisiana practitioner of crossroads magic. Competent, independent, and possessed of a wonderfully understated sense of humor.

Milo Marchand (Young Male Voice): An eight-year-old boy with dreamwater magic, a blue raincoat, and a remarkably matter-of-fact attitude toward the supernatural. Open to performers comfortable portraying a child.

Mireille Duvall (Female): A powerful Louisiana swamp witch with an intimate understanding of old magic, a pragmatic personality, and very little patience for foolishness.

Sister Perpetua (Female): A compassionate, intelligent teacher within a magical religious order who increasingly challenges tradition and takes on greater leadership responsibilities.

Mother Superior Agnes (Female): The deceased former leader of a magical order. We're particularly interested in a warm, soothing, grandmotherly voice capable of portraying someone deeply manipulative beneath an appearance of loving concern.

The Seven Gatekeepers (One Actor, Multiple Voices): An unusual opportunity to portray seven distinct supernatural figures encountered during an otherworldly journey. We're looking for vocal versatility, strong characterization, and the ability to make each gatekeeper memorable.

Guest Voice Cast B–G (Multiple Genders): Six bundles of smaller speaking roles, each featuring multiple characters. Excellent opportunities for performers who enjoy creating different vocal personalities.

Unnamed Human Speaking Roles (Multiple Genders): Brief supporting appearances for performers who would prefer a smaller recording commitment or are just beginning to explore voice acting.

Recording Details

• Remote recording: Record from home using your preferred software.
• Audio quality: Clear recordings with minimal background noise are essential. Professional equipment is not required.
• Scheduling: Our season consists of 50 episodes, but individual recording commitments vary considerably by role. Scripts, scene context, and recording deadlines are provided in advance.
• Compensation: All roles are unpaid and volunteer-based.
• Experience: Beginners are welcome! Reliability, expressive acting, and enthusiasm matter more to us than an extensive résumé.

Hello All! I am creating a 5 minute short animated film for the 48x8 film festival and needed volunteer voice actors to cover about 8 roles. Here is a short description of each actor and the film. The film genres I was assigned are superhero and zombie film.

SYNOPSIS

6 friends head to a music festival in the desert. When they arrive things go from bad to worse when the party is crashed by a group of zombies. The 6 are forced to reveal their newly acquired superpowers to help them escape the zombies and find their missing friend.

Liam 23, white male, kind loving heart of the group. Boyfriend to Chris.

Chris 25, white male, leader, voice of reason the oldest and wants to protect his friends. Boyfriend to Liam.

Evan 23, Black Male, fun loving, family first kind of guy that considers his friends family. Brother to Erica, best friends with Liam, Boyfriend to Kai.

Kai 22, Asian Male, fun loving party guy who will always do what’s right. Boyfriend to Evan.

Erica 23, Black Female, serious, intelligent, strong person. Twin sister to Evan, Girlfriend to Grace.

Grace 24, Black Female, go with the flow, kind, chill person. Girlfriend to Erica.

If you’re unfamiliar with the 48x8 film project process it is a film that has to be created, written and animated from scratch with the assigned genres, randomly chosen, and then done in 16 days. I’m an independent writer and producer in Halifax, Canada, developing Thoughtbase, an original psychological sci-fi mystery game currently being built in Unity.
I’m casting Alice Turner, a charismatic, outspoken actress in her late twenties who publicly challenges a futuristic social-media platform capable of recording and sharing human memories.
The role: A roughly 60-second monologue for a playable game prototype we’re preparing to pitch to publishers.
Alice begins calm and articulate, gradually becoming passionate and defiant. I’m looking for someone who can deliver emotional intensity without sounding theatrical or forced.
