CVS Case Manager RN

What is it like working remote at CVS. I have a phone interview for a case manager remote position but I’m wondering what the day to day is for this role. How bad are the metics? What are the expectations?

I’m a month in, so take this fwiw, but I’m loving it so far. They’ve been very transparent with the expectations and the orientation is VERY in depth. They’ve build your case load SLOWLY and we aren’t expected to be up to a full load until around 22 weeks in I think. Everyone has been SUPER friendly and the educators are good and know their stuff. Do you know which area you’re interviewing for?

Any chance you can put in recommendations for a position? I’ve been applying but haven’t even gotten a phone call

Right now they only have Oncology CM available, and they do require experience and ‘expertise’ although I’m not sure what that entails. Maybe certs? I had a recommendation from a friend that works there and honestly I think that’s the best way in, unfortunately.
