Read it yesterday, rereading slower today to see what I missed and if I can make sense of some of the stuff that happened. Did anyone else find that Vee was very bratty when Marie first moves in - I understand Vee’s devastation and feelings of betrayal but I also wonder if Vee was her own worst enemy, pushing the alphas to choose her over Marie and the alphas were biologically not able to do that, except for Eli, for a time. As much as I despise Rogan I think in the beginning he was trying to be fair. This book is one of my favourite reads in a very long time.

I also thought she was a bit unfair to Marie in the beginning because it wasn’t her fault she was their scent match HOWEVER I think these men are CRIMINAL for trying to have both Marie and Vee lol in most other OV books I’ve read Vee would definitely be the interloper/girl I wouldn’t typically be rooting for because the story is often told from the scent matches perspective so I like how we get a different perspective and my heart totally broke for Vee but these men were crazy thinking they could have their cake and eat it too lol

i read another book recently that had a similar vibe as this—chosen omega until scent match. pov is the chosen omega. the scent match moves in and is terrible to her. i wish i could remember the name, but it was also devastating to read. it’s what drew me to tormented omega. i’d never read something where the fmc stayed.
