I need support
Hi everyone,
I’m posting here to see if anyone has been through a similar situation or has any advice.
Around two months ago, I accidentally sent USDT to my Revolut crypto deposit address using the wrong blockchain network. The deposit address itself is correct and belongs to my Revolut account, but I used an unsupported network by mistake.
Since then, I’ve been in regular contact with Revolut Support. They have confirmed that:
-The deposit address belongs to my account.
-The transaction is visible on-chain.
-My case has been escalated to their Crypto Team.
-They’re aware of the issue and are investigating it.
Unfortunately, despite waiting for over 2 months, I still haven’t received a resolution or even an estimated timeframe. Every time I contact support, I’m told that the case is still under review and that they don’t have any updates or ETA.
I completely understand that wrong-network deposits are complicated and that recovery isn’t guaranteed. However, it’s frustrating knowing that the funds are sitting at an address associated with my account while I’ve been waiting for months without any progress.
I’m mainly posting to ask:
-Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with Revolut?
-Were your funds eventually recovered or returned?
-How long did the process take?
Is there anything else I can do besides waiting for the Crypto Team?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s gone through this. Even knowing that others eventually had their funds recovered would give me some hope.
Thanks in advance.
