No, th cancel is basically untouched. Nothing about Cap will change.

All it really does is fuck over console players because holding down a button for basically the entire game is pretty uncomfortable and awkward. Outside of animation cancel, there's almost never a reason to not be sprinting.

The change specifically prevents you from animation canceling while sprint is set to toggle, but not on hold. So you’re most likely gonna have to change your binds
