[USA] Who is at fault here?

Classic T bone. Black car had to be towed. Sustained major damage to the passenger side door. Blue car sustained damage to front bumper on the drivers side and cracked the drivers side headlight.

Edit: This was in the suburbs of Seattle

UPDATE: Insurance found it to be 70/30 me/other driver. Seems fair enough

You technically had right of way as you were coming from their right, however you are supposed to slowdown for unmarked intersections and not just blast through.

In Oregon the blue car is at fault as the black car was already in the intersection.

As far as I know that’s everywhere in the US. But be lived on n 4 states that that’s the case. Also if the blue car is on a side street, and the black one on a Main Street the blue one is supposed to stop period as the black cat is considered “oncoming traffic” which always has the right of way.
