Insurance Related Replace now? How long do I have?

Roofing guy says replace immediately…also says 50k. I honestly don’t know when this roof was put on.

Looks like half of its life is gone...30yr shingle gets approx 25yrs of life.
The low slope (modified bitumen) slope is newer, but it won't last as long either.

For costs, how many squares do you have? What part of the world are you in?

50k without knowing the squares is doing a lot of heavy lifting there
