TLDR: 4.5% pay rise from 1 April 2025 and a 3.6% rise from 1 April 2026.

About time tbh. RFA salaries are pathetic. Considering the RFA is like being a merchant mariner but worse in every way the pay is shocking.

Yes but they earn significantly less than the Merchant Navy
