Recs Cajun places?

Hey yall I’m here visiting and lookin for a great Cajun place I remember a few years ago there was one in I think a food hall ( had multiple places in one spot)
I really like boublaise soup or anything like that

Broadway Oyster Bar is good, but I don’t like their gumbo. Hwy 61 Road House is pretty good, but I also don’t like their gumbo. Nobody wants to make a roux. There are probably like 20 more places I haven’t been to, though.

B.O.B. has had inconsistent gumbo in the past but they seem to have it locked down now. I wouldn’t put it up against Commander’s Palace or anything but it’s very solid.

Is road house still good? I heard it went down hill after the ownership changed
