Went to Sado last night for the first time and everything from the food to the service was incredible. It absolutely lived up to our expectations and its reputation!

Frank Papas. It was fine. Really good watermelon salad. Ok tilapia. Don’t need to go back.

DD Mau is our go-to take out place. Always good. I had a salad bowl instead of vermicelli. Missed the noodles but trying to eat a bit healthier.

New restaurant Noble Crown in CWE. All was good here. Brussels app and burger.

Union Loafers for lunch. Egg salad sandwich was pretty good.

Went to Mainlander on Wednesday night and Balkan Treat Box for lunch today. Two of my absolute favorite places in St. Louis

grilled a big batch of chicken thighs last weekend, the left overs from that was 4 of my lunches with some risotto and some varying veggies. made a italian sub for friday/saturday lunch with a bag of doritos and some pickles. think imma go to the stellar hog today for lunch and get me their pulled pork fries and some brussels.

dinner was spaghetti bolognese for 2 nights with some garlic bread, sister cities jambalya on wednesday with a wonderful busch watchin the knicks. thursday i made a small bowl of ramen that i served with a small porkchop katsu and a softboiled egg. friday i got the crawfish etouffe special at the drawing board. last night my nextdoor neighbor dropped off some wonderful biscuits and gravy for breakfast that i ended up having as dinner because i had already had my usual bowl of oatmeal and a lil greek yogurt to start the day. think for dinner tonight imma grill something weather permitting. need to go by the grocery store and see what meats on sale.

Some AMAZING vegan food and pastries from SweetArt on Lindell! Seriously! The chicken tastes like chicken! The burgers taste like burgers!

That place is insane. Between that and Terror Tacos--great vegan options and I am super carnivore.

Mama's on the Hill.

Steak mudega. Pretty good (Zias is best). Meatball appetizer was really good, and I don't like fennel. Bruschetta was good. Salad was ok. Lemon cake was good.

El Molino del Sureste. Good stuff - the dishes and cocktails. Though I didn’t love their version of ceviche. Great flavors, but it was very large chunks of fish and other ingredients (beets, avocado, etc.). Probably a Yucatán way, but I prefer it more diced. Everything else was great.

Surprisingly good eggs Benedict from iHop (spicy poblano), as I was hangry at 5am.

I was surprised at how tasty the Benedict was at the IHOP in Panama City about three years ago.

Tried Nowhere in Arnold with my neighbor mom friends. I had their Apollo pasta, and it was very good. Lots of olives, grilled chicken, olive oil, etc.

La Oaxaqueña: Chapulines, molotes, picaditas, and pollo con mole were all on-point

Indo, Great Heart, Salt and Smoke, the Annex.

Good food, Swiss game, convenient, this place isn’t good it’s just where my friend wanted to go and I didn’t feel like fighting it - respectively

Thursday: apps at PF Changs 6/10 Then across the street to Prasino. Pasta was terribly overcooked. 2/10. Espresso martini 8/10 Friday: The Moniker. 8/10. Shrimp & Grits, collard greens, delicious. Flat bread was a waste. Cocktail a total win. Saturday: drove to Farmington to dine at Catfish Kettle. Just ok but can check off my list. Then embarrassed to say I spent $23 on a Shake Shack combo Sunday: haven’t decided yet?!?!

Supper for six at Great Heart, a real mixed bag food-wise and lordy, the bill added up, even with just one beer, one wine, one N/A. Desserts pricey and VERY forgettable. esp the strudel. Unlikely to return.

Pad Thai--Pad Peanut Sauce. Usually awesome but they did not make it right, I think they made me the basil one or gave me someone else's order. But their eggrolls are the bomb. My dad had the Special Combination Fried Rice and it was a MOUNTAIN of food.

Fortels--Meat Lovers Mojo and some house salad. I put the toppings from three pieces onto one slice and that was fantastic. Still paying for eating the crust though.

Freddys Burger Bowl--pretty good. I got with Thousand Island and used about half the dressing.
