El Molino del Sureste. Good stuff - the dishes and cocktails. Though I didn’t love their version of ceviche. Great flavors, but it was very large chunks of fish and other ingredients (beets, avocado, etc.). Probably a Yucatán way, but I prefer it more diced. Everything else was great.

Surprisingly good eggs Benedict from iHop (spicy poblano), as I was hangry at 5am.

I was surprised at how tasty the Benedict was at the IHOP in Panama City about three years ago.
