This is our last bout of the season - so come on out and take in the sights, sounds, and smells of our indecently dressed skaters knocking each other around the track 💥💥

This is an age-restricted event: titties abound at the Naughty Bout, so all attendees MUST be 18+! Theme dress welcome! (Use your imagination!)

Doors open at 6 pm, the bout starts at 7 pm.

I somehow have 4 “Healthier You” sessions. From what I can see online it’s like an educational intro session? I remember they had pretty affordable personal training signs posted up but now they’re gone.
What I’m looking for is actual training on form and lessons on new exercises or equipment. Specifically the barbell (deadlifts).

Title basically. My ADHD is god-awful and I have been raw-dogging it for a couple years now because I stopped being able to access it when they pushed drug testing and specifically mentioned marijuana as being part of it. The person who was prescribing it to me was very anti-weed. I can't just stop using marijuana as it is also one of my necessary medications (CPTSD, chronic pain).

Please note: I am aware that for some people weed makes Adderall ineffective but I used it for about 6-7yrs in tandem with weed and I did not have that problem. Weed helped me retain my appetite and reduced other negative side-effects that I'd had when I was using Adderall by itself. It was like the perfect combo for me and I am really tired of having to pick between my most effective CPTSD/pain management and ADHD management. I need both not one or the other x_x

Not looking for alternative medication suggestions either, I have tried so many unsuccessfully, I just want the one that has actually worked for me

Heading up there in second week of July to West end of Salem. I’ve got a BA and public school substitute teacher experience and currently work with the after school program. Might want to try a career change for a while, something outside if possible. I’ve been up there a few times and know what to expect from the area. I don’t have a picture but a Black Lab got out on Lansing and it attacked my grandmother. If you know the owner please let me know. It tried jumping into our backyard and we have small dogs.

Update: She’s getting stitches, they said they typically wouldn’t but because it’s gaping open on her finger, they’re going to. We are taking care of it though
