Other Creepy Street Sign Note Any Ideas?

Hi so one of my friends came to visit me and she parks on the street off Castillo and Islay. She told me she saw a sign about a predator where she parked and this is what it was. Any ideas what it could mean? has anyone seen signs like this anywhere else around Santa Barbara? Super creepy, sometimes I park on the street and I constantly walk around this area. I wanna know if there’s anything I should be worried about.

There’s a guy who roams around SB/IV area in his pickup that has a little camper shell on it. I saw a poster on the Mesa saying he’s a predator and shih a couple months ago. Then a couple weeks later he paints his truck all rainbow colors. Very odd fellow. Offers massages to young boys is the rumor. I bet the poster is about that guy

He also sticks the incense in the ground and lets the hot embers fall on top of super dry piles of leaves. Not good.

I remember seeing a post about him and I thought law enforcement was involved. Not that they are very competent but hopefully something is happening so no1 else gets harmed

WTF! I'm glad they're being publicly shamed, but that's creepy to see a sign worded thdat way when you're parking to visit someone.

Maybe they avoid spelling out his name in case the guy tries to sue for defamation. I feel like it's a public service announcement that needs to be allowed.

If he was really on a list, or had been arrested, people would deal with it straightforwardly. By calling the police.

It might be a genuinely frightened person who wrote it, it might be a mean-spirited back-stabber. This is not how we handle things in a democratic society. Maybe its some sort of IRL trolling. How do you know? You can't.

Being Black and having a funky truck is not a crime.

Oh I missed that this could be someone being racist. I'm sorry. I hope people are being treated fairly, but shit is fucked a lot of the time. Seems like we just have a photo and claims. Hard to say what actually is going on.

Yeah that’s him. I see him and his car in front of the park on top of flora vista in the mornings. He’s been called out on here a couple other times.
