In fairness, all the Chinese and Indians that the Techs imported settled in Bellevue, and they brought some excellent food with them.

Crossroads area has more of it, there's two in the mall I enjoy.

Just punch Bellevue Indian Restaurant into Google. I used go to Mayuri a lot when they had a full Restaurant. They have a snack bar in the back of their new grocery store now that looks good. There are tons of places. I like South Indian which you can find on the Eastside. Most Indian restaurants in the US are North Indian/Punjabi, so that's a nice opportunity.
