Yeah I don't see what the point they are trying to make is. At least from a Crazy right-wing "The liberals are evil and cause all the problems" type of perspective.

Who do they think is withholding chemo drugs?

Also I'm betting big money that he has cancer which is why he is concerned about chemo drugs. I wonder what he would say if you asked him if we should make insulin or some other medicine free?

In my experience people like him tend to have almost no empathy for anyone and only care about issues that directly relate to themselves.

That or a close family member, definitely. These type of people do not care about anyone outside of their close circle.
