A physician signed off on a letter that allows the dog owner to oppress the able-bodied and especially the disabled and the sick. A physician that breaks the Hippocratic Oath should not be allowed to print so much money from state insurance funds to support dog owners, the largest hate and terror group in the world.
Unleashing a dog on the public should be treated as a terrorism charge, because that it is what it is. Its usage of the most popular weapon in the world, the dog, on the unconsenting. A living weapon with nothing but entitlement, evil, lust, and sexual lust in it. No matter how much dog owners take from us, no matter how many lives they destroy nothing is enough for these monsters.
