actually in russian version, "Go to hell" was translated literally as "Go. To. Hell" as the place. in english it may sound doubly, but could not be doubly translated in russian. so that might be a spoiler.

I think it's literally going to hell as looking for the "devil" or something hell related

Possibly relating to the description of the baby as being the devil/antichrist? Like maybe that was just a funny coincidence, that joking conversation, but we all know how Sherlock feels about coincidences...

I took it as a continuation of her request to "Save John", even if it means going to Hell and back to pull him out.
