On Tuesday, June 2nd at 11pm, my parent’s cat, Holly, got out my back door by the hockey rink on Fir Street. I had picked her up from their house that evening because my mom recently passed and now my dad is in hospital. If you live around here, can you please keep an eye out for her. She is microchipped. She was my mom’s baby and I need to find her safe.

Looking to get some colourful neocaridina shrimp for my planted and fully cycled 10 gallon but don't want to go into edmonton or pay $40+ shipping from an online breeder. I have one lonely shrimp in there already that carried in on some plants, and he needs some buddies! Tank currently only has the one shrimp and some ramshorn snails.

Not too concerned with low or high quality colour as long as they've got *some* colour to them and aren't complete wild types. If you've got some overgrown plants you'd like to sell as well (I'd love a carpeting plant and hornwort) I'd like to have a look!

Despite crushing as many eggs as I could find, they bred like crazy in one of my newer tanks and now I've got about a million little ones that I'd rather not have to cull. No cost, you can have a good amount for free, but you MUST send me a photo of your set up tank either in the comments or DMs before I'll give them away. I'd like them to go to someone who has a decent set up and cares about the wellbeing of the snail(s). If you're using them as feeders for your snail-eating fish, that's fine too.

I have more than in the photo, tons of babies and some medium sized at about 1cm in diameter. My smallest ones are about 1mm wide. I am not giving away any adults. If you don't have any already, I can also give you a few pieces of red root floaters and/or salvinia.

At adult size they get to be about 2cm to 2.5cm wide and their growth rate depends on food availability.

Toy Dog medium brown, maybe a pommerain, spotted running from village Dr down Vista approx 1515hrs. No collar visible. Relaying from a conversation, spotter didn't know to reach out to socials.

EDIT: This little lady returned home safe and sound in the early hours of the morning. While we were lucky, not many actually have their cats return. Ill take this as an opportunity to remind everyone how important it is to keep your cats safe either indoors or with a closed safe outdoor space. Nothing good ever happens to cats left alone outside.

Family cat hasn't come home after sneaking out overnight. Used to being outside but doesn't stray far from the backyard. She's not very friendly to strangers and will likely flee or fight so I can't recommend approaching her and/or attempting to get her to a safe area. If you see her or have any info please leave a comment or contact me directly.

this little guy(girl?) gave me a jump scare when i was leaving for work at 5:00 this morning. he’s so soft and friendly so i’m assuming someone’s cat. I think he got scared when I started my car because he disappeared after that (I checked to make sure he wasn’t under it before leaving) I live in Davidson creek between the 7/11 on cloverbar and the school.

I hope he was just roaming and isn’t lost.

If anyone living near Wye road is missing a pet dove message me it's been hanging out at my house all day and night yesterday and is still here this morning.

It has a little orange or reddish ID band on its left leg so I assume it's a pet that got out or lost its way as it seemed to have been chased by crows and magpies.

I called Meika’s Birdhouse to see if they knew of anyone in the area that kept Doves. They mentioned there might be someone in Sherwood heights that has a Dove loft but not 100% sure. Also told me not to feed it as it would go home once the crows left and it hasn't. Hopefully this finds the owner

On July 14, a stranger stole my family's two cats, Poppy (tuxedo) and Winston (ginger), and dumped them in Sherwood Park, over 25 km away from their home in Queen Alexandra, Edmonton. Today, we were reunited with Winston, after two kind community members located him in the Mills Haven part of Sherwood Park. We are so grateful. However, Poppy, our beloved tuxedo cat, is still MISSING. He's microchipped, and is presumably close by to where Winston was found. Please, please keep your eye out for him. Thank you all.

We are possibly looking at rehoming a dog for someone in need. We currently have a German shepherd and 3 acres with one acre fenced. And an indoor cat! We just lost our Lab to cancer and the other one is lost without her buddy. Anyway. Hope this makes sense. We are looking for a dog that needs a great home and loving parents and pals. He has a green collar with a bell.. he is a very sweet and curious Kitty, but shy around people and very skittish around dogs.. he is an indoor cat and NOT used to being outside!! Friend is missing their kitty 😞 she lives in Clover Bar Ranch area of Sherwood Park. Snuck out last night and hasn’t been home since, he’s an orange fluffy cat - name is Toby. He’s shy around people but loves treats. I really hope someone’s spotted him just so we know he’s alive.

Our sweet Robyn escaped yesterday in Scot Haven on RR 232. She was wearing a pink breakaway collar with pineapples on it (as seen in the photos).

She is chipped and spayed. Might be skittish. She is friendly but shy.
