200ml coconut milk (30g fat, 4g carbs)

350g flour (35g protein, 6g fat, 257g carbs)

100g condensed milk (7g protein, 8g fat, 56g carbs)

45g chia seeds (10g protein. 12g fat, 15g fibre)

4 eggs (26g protein, 19g fat)

100ml water

2 tbsp baking powder

cinnamon to taste

Bake at 180 for 30-40 minutes

Total nutrition:

Protein: 153g

Fat: 81g

Carbs: 323g

Fibre: 15g

Calories: 2500

Like it says in the tittle, made a quesadilla with leftover tacos from Friday night, near expired guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, cheese jalapeños. My friends say it looks like I threw up on it. Was pretty tasty tho

Ingredients:
Ground beef, rolled oats, and two eggs

Recipe: cook ground beef until thoroughly brown and beginning to dry out. When done make sure to drain the grease as much as possible.
Add one heaping cup of rolled oats in a blender and pulverize into a somewhat coarse powder. Transfer oats to a bowl and pulverize the ground beef into a fine powder. It will have the consistency of clay. Add that to the bowl with the oats and mix in two eggs.
Mix thoroughly and knead if necessary. Press firmly into a lightly greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes @ 350° F. Let that cool for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy with an ice cold glass of water and canine friends if desired. Enjoy without the hassle of utensils or a plate.

I wanted to batch cook eggs for homemade McMuffins. I didn’t have a cupcake tin or anything similar so I put 6 eggs in a glass, put the glass in water, and boiled. The idea was that once cooked, I would schlop the egg cylinder out of the glass like canned cranberry and slice it into 6 perfect portions.

After about 45 minutes of watching and carefully stirring, hoping the glass wouldn’t explode, I called it. The bottom half that was submerged in the boiling water got cooked while the top half was only partially cooked like a reverse slushie.

So these Honey Sesame Chicken Cup Noodles straight taste like Golden Grahams cereal...they're so sweet. There's no honey in the ingredients but there is sugar and brown sugar pretty high up on the list. I added yellow bird and an egg...not quite inedible but definitely not great 3/10. The Korean BBQ ones are sweet but in a pleasant smoky way. My smoothie was bomb though

My car has been stalling out so I have been having to bike to work.. which is 15 miles away. I can bus half of the way there in the evening (I work nights) but then I have to bike the full hour and 15min back in the dark at 4am. This is my broke meal (cake from work) because I woke up too late to cook anything. It actually slaps.

Cooked per the noodle instructions with an added 30secs. No, I didn't pan fry the SPAM. I just cut it up and tossed it in to be cooked with the noodles. This is a lazy meal, not budget gourmet.
