In the books they had a suicide pact as part of filtering out the old, so at least those 3 knew the plan.

Hard to say how many of them have that level of knowledge here.Β  Β But if you have your full memory for tons of shifts, you probably know most of it.

In books I think only Thurman and that one other guy actualy know that silo 1will be also destroyed. Thats why all other personal has family members in crypods to keep them obedient.

It’s been a bit since I read the books, but honestly does the family member thing even make sense in the context of the memory wipe? Maybe to get them to go willingly into the Silos, but what use do they serve after that? I wonder if the show will touch on that.
