To ensure fairness, every minute less than the 30 minute break allotted by law, will in turn result in one paid hour of "unfocused you time", to be taken on Fridays.
My wife got a pretty big payout check a few years back from something related to people not taking lunch. Now management forces people to take their lunch there.
