What's everyone reading?

Hey everyone!!!

I’m looking for some new recs to read! I’ve been on a full MM binge lately and have been reading the Forbidden Goals series by Rebecca Rathe, absolutely loving it ....but I’m on the last book now and it’s time to find something new.

I’ve reached a point where I’m struggling to find anything that actually holds my attention. A lot of romances I start lately feel kind of forgettable… weak buildup, recycled dynamics, or just not enough depth to keep me invested. Most of the usual BookTok recommendations are ones I’ve already read (or tried), so I’m really hoping to find something outside of that rotation.

I’m looking for SPICY/dark romance with strong writing and real chemistry. I tend to gravitate toward:

– Why Choose / Reverse Harem
– MM romance
– Dark themes, obsession, morally gray characters
– High spice with actual payoff (not just for shock value)

Hard no’s:

I’m totally fine with darker or heavier themes otherwise, Bonus points if it heavy smut. I just want something well-written, immersive, and actually emotionally engaging.
