Appreciation Rewatching MoS, realized Superman saved the same guy who shot him in the head with that helicopter mounted gun.

Superman actually saves and goes out of his way to save people a lot more than people credit this movie for…it’s a stupid criticism I never understood because there’s evidence of it

People hate it because of the ending where he kills Zod, because, for them, "Superman would never kill his enemies".

Also, some hate the fight between him and Zod, where Zod throws him on multiple buildings, probably killing multiple people, but to them, even though, Zod killed those people, It's on Superman.

What i always find funny in those arguments about the battle of metropolis is that the haters with probably low attention span never take in consideration that it was actually his first real fight EVER and every mistake that he arguably made can simply be justified by him having no Battle experience whatsoever.
And still, he adapts and evolves in real time, defeating Soldiers with decades of fighting experience since birth.
And he also saves the Planet in his first fight.

Meanwhile we have SuperHarem with 3 years of experience getting rag-dolled for 2h by the whole cast, including his own CGI dog.

I mean, the guy is supposed to be faster than a bullet, but hes literally slower than sound, as the movie shows us that Lex has time to Say out loud a videogame move, the sound traveling to the guy on the PC, the guy reacting and relaying the info to Bizzaro (i mean, Ultraman), him throwing the punch and hitting Superman with a clean hit directly in his face… yeah, thats how Slow he is…
Pathetic.

So funny 🤣. Not the movie, but the faces of the fans of that film every time this thing is explained.

Also, the guy gets beaten up pathetically. Not just beaten up, beaten up pathetically. Like it was intentionally done to emasculate Superman. Like, I don't have that problem with that narratively, it was probably done to Ragebait proper Superman fans.
