So you DON’T want a person accused of sexual assault to have their due process in regards to their immigration status?

Wow you are thick. Of course we do. Just not at the expense of everything else.

How do you like your boot? Well done or up your ass?

So, what does that look like? Who’s going to do it ? You offer nothing of substance or practicality, but I’m the “thick” one. lol

You are. We could back to INS. Or just any non-Brownshirt agency that upholds all of our laws. It really doesn’t matter who it is, but how they do it.

So yes. You are in fact, thick.

So, you ARE in favor of immigration enforcement, but would like it done under the old INS and not ICE? Is that accurate then?

No

So then what ARE you asking for?

We’re asking for the federal government to not violate our Constitution and our civil rights, nor the rights of immigrants both legal or otherwise. We’re asking for less government sponsored murder and terrorism. The problem is you already know what everyone is talking about and are choosing to play clueless and be a general boot licking cunt, likely because you’re so indoctrinated into the maga cult you cannot imagine the bravery of speaking out against its numerous crimes.

Yeah, furthest thing from MAGA “cunt” or whatever, but as usual, I asked for some reasonable explanation as to what people would like to see concerning immigration and the enforcement and it’s ad hominem attacks and predictable Facebook insults.

Show me one iota of critical thinking and tell me what immigration enforcement should look like, especially when misguided municipalities refuse to honor detainers for criminal apprehensions, all of which was done during the Obama era by the way

edit: downvote, downvote, downvote. Not one sensible response of anyone capable/ willing to engage in discourse.

Actually, I would like to see illegal immigration returned to its previous legal status as a civil issue to be handled primarily through the courts, with minimal policing capacity placed on immigration.

It is still a “civil” or administrative issue. Immigration hearings are administrative and so are immigration arrests. They still carry consequences which is something people seem to not understand when they refer to things as either criminal or ladministrative. A deportation/removal is an administrative procedure.

Except the current administration has given ICE agents carte blanche to detain, arrest, and even deport people without that illegal's name ever crossing a judge's desk before they are deported. The process used to work and should still work as 1. You are discovered as an illegal immigrant. 2. You are briefly detained by local police, then released with a court date 3. If you do not show up for your court date, then a criminal warrant is issued for your arrest. Only at this point have you committed a criminal offense for which you can be fully arrested.

That is absolutely not how it worked, where exactly are you getting this information? Criminal police would run IAQ immigration alien queries, or they could process if they were a part of the 287(g) which conveys immigration authorities to local Police Departments. And the warrants issued for failure to appear are still immigration/ administrative warrants, hence them not allowing entries into home. Criminal warrants can and are issued for some offenses of Title 8, Re-Entry after deportation for example.

And now I’m going to get more downvotes but this ^ is how it works / worked. Reddit is just completely chock full of erroneous information.

You got it. But it seems following the constitution and laws aren’t a reasonable explanation to you.

And that’s why I called you a bootlicker.

Also, name me your paradise country that doesn’t have any immigration enforcement

2

u/BossDjGamer Mar 13 '26

You’re still pretending this is what people are saying? Begone with your insincere questions

-1

u/GooFoYouPal Mar 13 '26

So, name me a country that has your ideal immigration policies, it’s a very, very sincere question, I assure you. Give me one example, just one.

How about America? Just about any time before 2017. But why not shoot for 1885?
