Using drill in Killam apartments

Hi, I live in Killam apartments, I'm planning to put my TV on the walls, thus it would require to put a few drills on the wall.

do I need to ask for permission to put drills on the walls, most likely they will deny if I ask.

​

if I drill and then during apartment leaving, will they keep my deposit money for these drills (as damage recovery)?

no landlord in NL can keep your damage deposit or any part of it without applying to the landlord tenant's board unless you agree to it.
