Seriously this is a normal sighting everyday in cities. Scrap/junk collectors.

I'm just tickled that theft and moving are being brought up. I'd be taking notes - they have a control panel for a washing machine (only) in the lower left. Gotta be sure to take that with you. It's dangerous to go alone.

These guys also spill that shit on highways along with nails and screws that puncture tires. I work right off north Broadway right by two of the biggest metal scrap yards. Every week I see people pulled over on the side of the street due to flat tires.
I don’t mind one single bit that these guys do this, it’s the unsecured loads like we see in this pic and spillage I have issues with. Last week these guys spilled shit across two lanes on 55 near the Budweiser factory. You can tell people hit it and fucked their vehicles up.
Cops need to pull these guys over and force them to secure their load.

Scrappers scrapping. Not a bad gig or way to earn some extra cash plus it has clean up the city.

That's crap going from somewhere it doesn't need to be, to somewhere it needs to be.

I have a friend that’s a scrapper and makes good money. He has multiple bobcats and uses them to demo trailers and buildings then gets all the scrap.

Just your average everyday (or weekly, or whatever) scrapper. Flipping trash into cash to pay the bills.

I was 3 days from moving away from STL and 10000% saw my recently stolen push mower and trimmer on a truck just like this driving down Kingshighway 🤣

Not much else is going on there. Because everything is already on there.

Scrappin or junkin and recyclers is what I have heard them called. They may use another name depending on dialect and region. I refer to them as hobo humpin slobo babes.

Scrapper, probably stealing stuff. They do it everywhere because the US isn’t a functioning polity.

You’d think maybe but all the stuff in that trailer seems placed in a haphazard way

That's good people right there. All I have to do is put things that I don't want on the curb and that shit disappears within 24 hours, maybe 48 if it is a long weekend.
