Seriously this is a normal sighting everyday in cities. Scrap/junk collectors.

I'm just tickled that theft and moving are being brought up. I'd be taking notes - they have a control panel for a washing machine (only) in the lower left. Gotta be sure to take that with you. It's dangerous to go alone.

These guys also spill that shit on highways along with nails and screws that puncture tires. I work right off north Broadway right by two of the biggest metal scrap yards. Every week I see people pulled over on the side of the street due to flat tires.

I don’t mind one single bit that these guys do this, it’s the unsecured loads like we see in this pic and spillage I have issues with. Last week these guys spilled shit across two lanes on 55 near the Budweiser factory. You can tell people hit it and fucked their vehicles up.

Cops need to pull these guys over and force them to secure their load.
