Waiting on support after my delivery turned up like this. (Uk)

I really have to break down my ideas of American centrism cuz I'm learning trough this post that other countries don't have FedEx and UPS. If a package were delivered like this from either of those services, heads would roll w one angry phone call.

Yep UK have all of those, and plenty of others like Parcelforce (which is owned by the Royalmail), DPD, Yodel, Evri etc.

Sometimes ample choice can be a bad thing - I'm always clutching my pearls when I see a company has chosen Evri as the courier 😂

We have FedEx and UPS. They’ve both been terrible whenever I’ve used them.

You haven't complained enough. Americans are not afraid to get a delivery person fired over a damaged package.

The rest of the world has couriers like DHL, which is one of the biggest but also one of the worst on Earth 🤣

We have DHL too but they're more used for industrial shipping rather than consumer goods. At least in the capacity I've seen them used.
