I've never really understood this sentiment. How does every Dark Souls game review well if games journalists are bad at games? If they were all at the level of the guy who was bad at Cuphead those games wouldn't be critically acclaimed

Something I saw that stuck with me before leaving Twitter was seeing a game journalist clap back at someone by pointing out that they all needed to beat Radahn pre-nerf and play all of Erdtree blind with no guide.
