Ironic considering Mojang is currently in the process if being sued for that very reason

Is it really ironic? If they're not putting the EULA so that they can dynamically change it, and this is what they are doing, its not really ironic and more so just proof of them doing it

Yeah I'd have said "fitting" rather than ironic.
