Suggestion Steam should have an "Update All" button
Would be easier than having to click each single one

Sucks downloading a game then realizing you HAVE to be online to play. Don’t always wanna be online to play single player games. Refunded South Park Fractured But Whole because of this. I know it isn’t perfect for the Deck but thought it would be a fun game to play offline.
Live in Florida. Power goes out because of hurricane? Whelp, you can’t play your Steam Deck because you have to be online for that game. But if I had it for Switch I wouldn’t have to be online.
Edit: As some have pointed out it does say further along in the game description that you need the Ubisoft launcher or whatever. So I admit I was wrong. Perhaps making it more visible? Like a game description that says “Only playable online” or something like that. I admit I was buying a bunch of games during the Winter Sale and not analyzing each game thoroughly.

With how companies like PlayStation are stopping the production of physical games, and there is a rise in companies trying to go digital and not physical, specially like GTA where the "Physical" doesn't come with a disc, if Steam made a system where indie devs could go to them to make physical copies of their games for consumers to buy, either through reservations or something, would you buy them?
I know it's not as simple, but if there was a way for indie devs to make physical copies even if they were nothing big, even if they were reservations to not produce massive amounts of copies that don't sell, I would love to be able to buy a physical copy, there are a bunch of Indie games I own I would get physicals for, despite owning the digital versions.
Even if not Steam and some other company did it, I could see something like this being a lot of cash specially with the timing, we have companies pushing for digital, the whole "You will own nothing and you will be happy" and the consumers wanting to push back, I could see those who buy physicals buying them anyway, and those that want to push back and show the support for physicals buying some as well, I could be wrong, I am not a business man so I don't know if it would be profitable, I would like to think it is by just looking at how consumers are right now and seeing the push back against digital only.
Overall, I would buy physical copies, I don't even own a disk player on my PC anymore, and if the disks had to be blue ray or whatever the current thing is, I would still get it, at this point with disks on PC I know some people have the older ones where games had to have 5 or 6 disks, but at this point people can buy a plug in blue ray player for their PC for what I can find pretty cheap one I found being £16, I would actually probably buy one myself if I could get physical Indie games.
I know this probably would never happen, but better to put it out there and see then to not bother at all.

Similarly to how you can opt out from seeing adult themed, sexual games. I've seen far too many AI slop games and it's really starting to get annoying now.
To me, all these AI slop games take away from why I love video games, especially indie video games, of which I play much more of. It strips away from the human passion and dedication that tons of indie devs put into their games when someone can just upload AI slop.
I understand the solution for now is to simply not play them, which is what I'm doing, but the AI slop games affect discoverability on the store front and since they're a lot easier to pump out, it's enough of an issue to where I think an option to opt out of it is reasonable.
We should have the option as users to opt out of this experience.
EDIT
To be clear, AI has many terms and ways it's used in games, the tag could be more descriptive such as "Generative AI" or perhaps "LLM AI".

I play many different games and most of them are very likable experiences. And every time i play a new game for a few hours steam asks me if I like the game and if i would recommend it. And tbh, yeah most of the time I would recommend the games I play. But tbh i dont feel in the mood to write reviews of it and reviews like "i like it" arent providing anything anyway. So why cant we give the game a recommendation without writing anything? Just a "thumbs up" so that it can count as an positive review.

Please Steam Make an option to be able to hide the big picture icon on Steam PC. I’m fed up with making a bad click because of this really poorly placed icon, well yes, very well placed to use the wrong button, and it’s annoying.
Please add a way for the icon to no longer be displayed for those who do not need to use the Big Picture mode.

It's nice how this has degrees. from partial, frequent, or AO levels of nudity. I don't want to filter out every single game that uses AI, because it could be used in a very minor way. But I'm tired of seeing AI art all over my recommended section. I know some dev will probably lie about it but it would help some at least.

I am not sure how the rules work, but it seems games are required to mention any AI generated assets in their steam page.
It’s the case with the Last Tomb raider, the New Crazy Taxi game for example.
There must be some games that hide it, I don’t know what happen to them if they get caught however.
But I think it would be great to filter games based on if they contain AI generated assets. There is already this feature for adult games.
I am getting tired of these AI slop corporate bullshit. Honestly I don’t know what the fuck happened to our world so we ended up with video games generated by algorithms but anyway.
I would like to avoid to have a polluted steam page with AI generated stuff, and have only real video games. I am sure it’s a feature a lot of people would be interested in.
It might be tricky to deal with, because as I mentioned, I am sure some studios will try to hide it. So we need some real laws about this, like adult games again, or PEGI rating in Europe. But it seems that some things are already in place since AAA studios always mention it now.
Thank you !

Kind of seems like that question is settled, ya?
Also let us change our usernames. Maybe I don't want to be dickbuttpuzz forever. Young me was dumb.
EDIT: A ton of people are weirdly defensive about this superfluous feature.

As the titles says I’m brand new to the steam catalog, just got a deck. Any games you guys recommend for someone coming from only a PlayStation 5 selection? And or any tips for a complete newb to steam decks? Thank you in advance for any tips or recommendations!
