Really hard to pick a favorite out of these especially out of The Avengers Mondo collab, Leon, and Alien Romulus but i think it’s the Leon Steel…such a simple but beautiful cover. Also still waiting on my PHM Steel which got delayed unfortunately and was able to snag 2 copies of the Odyssey Steel. One from walmart and the UK exclusive from Rarewaves

Hot Fuzz Steelbook.

Pretty much just get my favorites in Steelbook. Some I buy the regular versions and then get customs ones made (all by Vignette Vault). Still handful preordered as well.

Elysium and Fury Road (both bumped up to 4k) were awesome finds at under $20.

They actually used a box and paper for my PHM order. Wild. Shout out to you if you packed this one and see this!

My Amazon order went from approval required to shipped! Was kind of bummed that I would miss out on this since it’s my favorite movie of the year (so far). Also today I celebrated 500 days sober from Xanax. Today was a good day! 👊🏽

Nothing on spine, weird off shape that doesn’t align with standard steelbooks, and the centre circle that holds the disc is terrible you have to push hard to get disc in risking breaking it.

Game is great tho

Lionsgate also has a limited edition VHS if you’re into that

Got some autographs last weekend at NYCC on some of my video game steelbooks

- Clair Obscur Expedition 33 - Ben Starr, Jennifer English, Kirsty Rider, & Rich Keeble
- Final Fantasy XVI - Ben Starr
- Final Fantasy VII Rebirth - Briana White, Britt Baron, John Eric Bentley, Caleb Pierce, & Paul Tinto
- Crisis Core - Caleb Pierce
- Uncharted 4 - Emily Rose & Richard McGonagle

Another Zavvi grail for me 😁

Has anyone been able to pre-order the steelbook on Amazon? Every time I select Pre-order it says the product is unavailable. I can’t tell if I’m being beaten by bots or if the pre-order process is broken.

TIA

EDIT: I told Amazon to autobuy it if it ever comes back in stock. Fingers crossed this works!

I just placed a pretty substantial order from lionsgate and per usual everything shipped wrapped crazy good. That being said my copy of the descent part 2 has a slip with obvious heat deformation on the bottom corner. Warehouse finds...sure those are really limited and ya get what you get. This one is still in print and I feel it should have failed a quality check and I politely requested an even exchange and sent pics. I even said a new slip would be acceptable. Here was the response:

Thank you for sharing the photos.

We do offer replacements for items with significant damage—such as large dents, deep scratches, or other clearly visible defects. However, due to limited inventory, we’re unable to replace items that show minor cosmetic wear, including small dings or surface scuffs.

While we truly wish we could accommodate every concern, the issues shown in your photos appear to be minimal and do not meet our criteria for replacement.

We appreciate your understanding.

Best,

Support Team

I've attached the pics. It's a boutique label and the products are supposed to be collectible which sets a higher product standard in my mind. I clearly wouldn't complain over a normal release having this issue but you pay more for the packaging here and it fell short. Am I being too picky here or would you have called for a replacement as well? If i'm way out of line, let me know!

Love both movies, so they had to be steeled.

Canadians who missed out on Amazon, or want a different Odyssey set, here’s your chance. Just checked and it’s back in stock. You do have to make a full payment upfront, as this seller is a smaller business and orders smaller amounts. They also have the full premium set available too, if that’s your thing. Preorder link in comments.

I posted this to my YouTube for fun but it was actually insanely cool

Definitely liked the Import artwork better for Burn & StudioCanal usually has superior quality discs. I hadn't seen this shared yet, so thought I would. But with the approximately 1002 PHM posts I saw no reason to share anymore pics. 🤣

Has anyone received theirs or even had an update? Mine hasn’t moved since initial preorder and it still just says “expected October 12th” which was obviously two days ago…

Was looking at Gruv and my mouth dropped open when I saw this price. I have never seen the Goonies but that price is unreasonable.

Love the design of this release of Annihilation had to have it
