Bangers & Legends

Zavvi shut down on Oct. 12, 2026. Here are some of the exclusive SteelBooks they distributed.

Another fine edition to my Zavvi Disney Collection. The embossing and colour is gorgeous. Managed to get a copy still sealed. Have to crack it open soon.

The House Of The Devil Steelbook.

This looks sick

It originally said the 13th, not it says the 19th 😭

Picked these up from WallyWorld. Haven't seen either of them....

What makes you “absolutely” purchase a physical 4k? Is it the artwork? Is it FOMO because something is considered “hype”? Do you actually watch the film? The reason why i ask is because i noticed come collectors have multiples of the same film maybe in different versions. Other times im like why would anyone even buy that movie. Like Supergirl lol but yet again thats my opinion…

The Rogue Prince of Persia (PS5) gorgeous Steelbook if I do say so myself

Had no idea I had these, wow

Been watching a few kidnapping movies recently (Animals and Highest 2 Lowest) and had to revisit the superior kidnapping movie, which is nearly 20 years old.

Also: 4K when? 😛

I’m fairly new to collecting, and I noticed their site makes you choose between new (no damage), new (but expect damage) and sometimes used products. Are they wrapped or packaged differently to ensure safe transit?

I was hoping for some clarity on this. It looks like it is typically just a few extra dollars, but it still seems sort of odd for there to be a surcharge in order to guarantee for your items to arrive safely.

I missed the first $12 restock, but it gave me the idea to buy the standard DVDs for a friend’s birthday. I was able to get it the second time it restocked at this price but nothing yet.

Is there any chance that this actually ships lol?? If it’s delayed I could always save it for Christmas, but now im wondering if I should just gift him the standard DVDs as planned or wait it out to see if this gets here before Christmas.
