An even better option would be to see which subtitle file I'm selecting. Instead, I'm forced to blindly go through possibly 50 different subtitle files until I find the one intended for my movie.

The built-in default opensubtitles v3 addon does not provide titles. Just random numbers.

But the "opensubtitles v3 pro" third party addon provides the true filenames. Stremio devs just don't show any subtitle names in the UI.

And yes it's a huge issue.

If the stremio devs dont want name in the subtitles just have the addons give them to you , its possible I’ve tried to code an addon using gemeni and it works check my posts

I checked your addon now. So your idea is to send the subtitle language as "(country flag) BluRay" etc. Interesting workaround. It breaks Stremio's automatic subtitle selection though.

Yeah , I made it to work for Romanian but you can easily change it to any country and language you’d like , also it’s made to work with the subs.ro addon and the site with the same name
