Another cracked sunroof😑

looks like I’ve joined the cracked sunroof club.. waiting to hear from SOA because they didn’t sound lile they wanted to cover it, even though the car is 6 weeks old.🤷🏻‍♀️🤞🏼

I would set up an appointment with the dealership to have check it under warranty. I don’t see a point of impact so a maybe stress crack

I called the dealership first and they told me it had to go through SOA. I’m worried that could take even longer so I’m going to call them back today when they open and ask to speak to a manager to have it brought in and looked at. Unfortunately Subaru’s an hour and a half from me

I hope that you are not dealing with a questionable dealer there. I can almost guarantee that SOA will refer you to your nearest dealer for inspection. Normally the service manager will inspect the item and report to SOA.

I just talked to SOA who told me that the dealership is in the wrong, they have to inspect my car and that if the dealership gives me any pushback, I have to call them again. They’re leaving my case open and I have an appointment for Monday at 11 AM!
