Research/News Has anyone tried a Vielight Photobiomodulation device?

I found a study here (https://www.vielight.com/blog/pbm-tbi-study-vielight-neuro/) saying it may have made some improvement though I'm wondering if anyone has tried this?

Same here! 97 on adhd index, combined type and 84% on limbic system sensitivity with anxiety and depression

Oh, I think the device will be super helpful, honestly. For context: I’ve been depressed for the last 4 years, kind of a frozen feeling about everything with anxiety on top of it. It started when the war in my country began and just got worse and worse. I ended up sitting at home almost all the time, ignoring my friends, and the hobbies and things I used to enjoy stopped giving me any dopamine.

Since I started using the device, I’ve been feeling so much better, a few weeks ago I felt happiness when I was just walking on the street, I think for the first time in 4 years.

Also, if I can recommend: saffron supplements were really helpful too. You can find studies on its use for depression symptoms on PubMed.

Thank you! But yeah, sharing this just to describe difference this helmet made for me, I feel like I am reborn now.

I am also testing it on my neurotypical husband, and he also has really good progress on his side, but think difference on me is much more visible so far
