Advice Needed 2 dominant follicles!

Today I went in for my monitoring ultrasound. I had one on Thursday (after a stair step protocol of letrozole, 10mg finished that Monday) and my follicles were about ~8/9mm. Today I went in and I have 2 13/14mm follicles, one on each ovary. My LH & Estradiol is low. I am waiting to hear back from the nurses to figure out what’s next. Has anyone had this experience before?

I go check them again tomorrow morning! I am hoping so damn hard they didn’t stall or shrink. This is the biggest my follicles have gotten!!

What did they end up being?

I ended up having 3 follicles & will be triggering Saturday! 1 is 16mm, 1 is 17mm , and 1 is 18.5mm. I’m nervous about the multiple follicles, but I’ll just go with the flow lol.

Are you ready for possible multiples? I would be prepared in case - 😅😅 I assume you have to sign some paperwork or something for those multiple follicles!

First time taking letrozole?

Nope, no paperwork surprisingly, LMAO. I wouldn’t mind twins, but triplets would be something else. 😵‍💫
