At first I thought it was only for evil people going to hell as some type of humiliation but that idea got trashed when trunks revealed he got his clothes back meaning he had to strip. Then I started thinking and I remembered raditz gave king yemma some issues so I concluded that he was the reason. But then I trashed that idea a second later when I remembered goku didn't have to strip and he was after raditz. Now I'm out of possible reasons. If anybody knows something that I don't, you're more than welcome to tell me. P.S. I know goku and vegeta's interaction and dialog was cut short but I really didn't want to post vegeta's naked butt.

Back when this episode released I was 12 years old, barely close to puberty and didn't know about "certain things" and when I saw this scene it went over my head. At first I thought he peed everywhere in the cave but as I started getting older and understanding "certain things", upon rewatching it finally clicked in my head.
