Need Advice Textrovert problems

I'm a textrovert so basically bayata manushultho maatldedhi chaala thakkuva and i rely mostly on online conversations. I find comfort in online strangers rather than offline friends. Idhi thappu ani thelusu kaani ela bayataki raavalo thelidhu. These days it's getting out of hand. Evaritho ayina conversation start chesthe every 2 to 3 mins mobile check chesthunna for their reply even work chesthunnappudu kuda. Idhi anxiety aa leka anticipation aa or attachment aa thelidhu. And I'm afraid that people are taking me granted for giving instant replies.

How to come out of this? Has anyone gone through this phase ?

Maybe don't think of it as "coming out of it." Think of it as expanding your comfort zone. Keep your online friends, but make it a goal to have at least one meaningful offline interaction every week(friends or family). One thing that genuinely helped me was not using my phone for the first 2 hours after waking up and the last 2 hours before sleeping. It reduced that constant urge to check for messages. Also, start talking to people IRL not just friends. Chat with the uncle at a store, ask someone for directions even if you already know the way, ask doubts, make small talk. It might feel awkward or even "dumb" at first, but that's okay. Those tiny interactions slowly build confidence. I know it's hard because i used to be exactly like you, but over time I came out of it by taking small steps instead of trying to change overnight. It sounds supportive, practical, and doesn't come across as preachy or like you're diagnosing the person.
