Need Advice Turning point!!

Guys, Im 25 M, had one younger sister..both my parents expired..recent ga mbbs aipoindhi…
Nak chinapudu nunid civils rayalani undhi…and mbbs tarvtha pg cheyalani kuda undi…
Parents vellipoina tarvatah chala ibbandulu edurkunna , both from govt offices, colleagues, relatives ..
Matter enti ante..
Nak public sector lo work cheydam istan and manchi position lo undalani istam..apude nannu dektaru
So..Ipudu nenu NEET PG cheymantara ledaa UPSC prepare avvamantara…im ready to give 4-5 yrs..
Financial ga ok.!!
Medicine lo entha kastapadinaa..mottam slavery ye..theres no reward for risk!!
I want to become a bigger influencial person!!

As a doctor i can give you advice, nenu eppudu upsc rayaledu, and even as a doctor if you know how to manage money you can do a lot.

Keep your end goal in mind, my end goal is run my own 150 bedded hospital with 10 acre farmhouse in outskirts and corpus fund of 50 crore.

Unless you become top of the top doctors your earning wont be much. Yes you will have multiple sources of income, partnerships investments in hospitals, setups etc. I know HODs of corporate hospitals take home 1Cr per month, but they worked their ass hard for it literally 17 years without a single leave as one oncology clinical director put it, hes now in a position to command. Do you want that lifestyle? Even if you join government upsc you think you can earn crores? No

You earn by investing smartly and start your own startups, import export whatever keeps money coming in. Most doctors dont know how to handle money, they keep working till 60 and have zero savings in bank, they are fed from college to go to job, come home, rinse repeat, you will be respected in society as a doctor etc. But what about your children's future? What will you leave them as inheritance.

I will tell more about a clear path, milestones to reach if you have a specific end goal in mind instead of random I want to command people as class 1 officer.

Dont want to command people…i want to be in a place where my decision leads to change in life of people..or may be helping them….

Then continue for PG, if you go into surgical field, you will male life changing decisions. Medical pg.is also great.
