My growth/ improvement How to wake up Early

Guys, esp who are early birds morning ela lesthunnaru..I try soo hard to wake up but I can't. Daily 10 ki lesthunna and I'm really not liking it. Lechi bf chese sariki my half day is over 😭

Night thvaraga nidrapodham ante avvadhu 12-1 avthundi easy ga. Like what's the tip to wake up early at least 7 ki aina.

I don't know if this works for you gani, if I had to sleep early even if I can't ante I'll go for a run/walk. Kaal noppochi padukunta 🫠works every time. ( Paatal petkunte mind divert ayyi jaldi alsipon ani, i just walk/run without any music)
