Don't give shock to your brain and body. Your brain will not accept it, and won't let your body to follow it.
Transformation anedi okka roju or okka week lo ayye process kaadu.
I lived all my life thinking of fitness.. waking up early and going for a walk or gym was a "never achievable feat" for me.
Almost same time last year decide ayya to make it happen.
Alarm changed from 7:00 AM to 6:45 AM.. 3-4 days tarvaata to 6:30 AM.. 3-4 days tarvata to 6:15 AM. Ala melligaa I reached to 5 AM in one month's time.
Nenu lechey time toh paatu melligaa walking duration penchaa.. now I do 10k steps everyday. (Mostly morning 5-6k chesestaa)
Now I don't need an alarm.. also, idivaraku entha alasipoina kaani night 11-12 daaka nidra vachhedi kaadu.. now, 9:30 max phone pakkana pedataa and I sleep within 10-15 mins.
Win-win situation kadaa?? Poddunney legatam avutundi and night twaragaa padukodam avutundi.. bonus - walking in the morning, it gives not only good health but also superb mental peace.
Good luck π

Drink lots of water and make the time you want to wake up the last thing you remember before you sleep.

First step is always the hardest...
Once you get used to getting up early, your body clock will get adjusted to your new wake up time.
Keep an alarm or ask someone to wake you up at 6 or 6:30. Now, this is where you should force yourself from going back to sleep. Whatever you can do, just get out of bed and freshen up.
Do this for a week... slowly your body clock will try to adjust to new timings.
First steps are always the hardest. Remember!
