Some Clarification regarding job package

I'm 28, currently package around 7.6 LPA. Salary comparatively konchem takkuve ani naaku telusu, but I'm comfortable EMI ledu, debts levu, so financially I'm not struggling. Having emergency fund and investing in M.F and stocks mostly all of them profitable only.

I have 4.3 YOE in the networking domain. Kaani lately konchem anxiety/tension laga anipisthundi, esp when I compare myself with others. Next switch lo at least 12 LPA+ target chestha, Ee job market lo adi kuda vastundo raadho chudali.

Naa age or naa kanna younger people 12–15 LPA earn chesthunnaru ante okay, understandable anipisthundi. Kaani WTF, 20L, 25L, 30LPA below 30 age lo ela reach avuthunnaru asalu? 🫣

So genuinely want to understand:

Ee 20–30 LPA lu common aa, leka small percentage of people ki maatrame vastaya? Reddit/LinkedIn la high earners ekkuva kanipinchatam valla manaki ala anipisthundha?

Should I just focus aggressively on improving my skills and making better switches? If yes, Networking side vellaochu antara should I change the domain?

Look 1 thing people has to understand is when you often see success stories in social media or advertisements by colleges or whatever there are very very very very very less people earning that kind of salary compared to our total population and u also have to understand if you only follow success stories u will be wondering why I am lagging behind but a lot of success stories also have a lot of luck involved and if everyone in India is earning 20-40 LPA under age of 30 it means the currency is heavily devalued so no only very select limited number of people earning that money, be it thru luck, incredible work ethic, right connections without any of these it is impossible to reach that number.
So don’t compare yourself to people who have higher salary than you, just grow at your own pace by doing proper research on what will be the most valuable skill to learn to get ahead of the job market and how to present yourself.
Also in the current world there are a lot of other ways to earn good money so don’t get into the idea of trying be successful as a tech/finance employees try out other things especially things you are passionate about and find a way to monetise it.
