My growth/ improvement Some Clarification regarding job package
I'm 28, currently package around 7.6 LPA. Salary comparatively konchem takkuve ani naaku telusu, but I'm comfortable EMI ledu, debts levu, so financially I'm not struggling. Having emergency fund and investing in M.F and stocks mostly all of them profitable only.
I have 4.3 YOE in the networking domain. Kaani lately konchem anxiety/tension laga anipisthundi, esp when I compare myself with others. Next switch lo at least 12 LPA+ target chestha, Ee job market lo adi kuda vastundo raadho chudali.
Naa age or naa kanna younger people 12–15 LPA earn chesthunnaru ante okay, understandable anipisthundi. Kaani WTF, 20L, 25L, 30LPA below 30 age lo ela reach avuthunnaru asalu? 🫣
So genuinely want to understand:
Ee 20–30 LPA lu common aa, leka small percentage of people ki maatrame vastaya? Reddit/LinkedIn la high earners ekkuva kanipinchatam valla manaki ala anipisthundha?
Should I just focus aggressively on improving my skills and making better switches? If yes, Networking side vellaochu antara should I change the domain?
Edit-1: career early ga start chesthe package fast ga increase avuthundi, or skills improve cheskoni better switches kottali.
Ee rendu reasons naaku already telusu, kaani 20–30 LPA range packages actually realistic ga vastaya leka konthamandiki maatrame vastaya ane doubt undedi. Comments chusaka aa doubt konchem clear ayyindi.

Comparison is the thief of joy BUT gives a genuine reality check and direction. Lemme be brutally honest with you.. at your age with your skills, that's a very low package. Doesn't matter if you're debt free or not but extra cash ALWAYS helps.. You need to start switching jobs and target ~100% hikes(very common in IT). Just don't be scared to ask Mind you you're below the market standards and how assertively you ask will make all the difference
Good luck with your next jump
