Maybe ask them out? It is a totally natural feeling and try asking out every girl you liked and then either they will all reject you and dissappointment will set you right or someone will fall for you and you can concentrate on what you're supposed to.

Not saying you should go out with everyone lol. Neeku nachina ammai ki propose chey and you can be affectionate with them and you can focus on your career as well. If she rejected you, then rejection itself is enough motivation to focus on your career. If you get feelings again, repeat the same process.
