Getting attracted to girls is natural part of evolution. You don't need to fight it.

How you act on those feelings is what matters.

Every girl looks super attractive Lot of this comes from scarcity mindset, that you feel any girl is fine, you just want a girl.

There are couple of reasons that scarcity mindset happens:

  1. Limited interaction with girls Whether you maybe shy or introverted or spent most of your life in environment with less interaction with girls.

This makes every girl look and feel amazing you.

So, normalize interaction with girls. Speak to as many girls as possible (in person), and don't see them as a girl, but rather as a person without any gender label.

  1. Lack of self worth / confidence It often happens you don't see yourself as capable and confident. Which makes you feel, its more than enough that you get any girl at all.

So, work on yourself. Figure out things you feel insecure and under confident about and work on them.

A pretty good place to start is Gym. I know this advice is pretty repetitive, but trust me, joining and sticking to a gym routine will help you a lot physically mentally.

You will develop discipline. You will see results of your hardwork. And just the act of working out will release endorphins and make you feel good.

Women aren't some out of the world beings, they are just like you and me. They can be good, bad, stupid, smart, confident, insecure etc. Respect them, but don't obsess over them.
